All orders are shipped with USPS EVERY TUESDAY

Please check your address and information to confirm it is correct. In the likelihood that your address entered is incorrect, you will be charged a $10 relabeling fee and you will have to re-pay the shipping fee.

 

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ORDER. FOR CHANGES, THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED.

FAQ’s

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Each order is handmade with cruelty-free, plant- based ingredients. Thus processing times are in place for all orders. You'll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Orders will be shipped on Tuesdays, During COVID or peak Holiday Season shipping times may be delayed.

 

Q: What are Body Butters?

A: Body Butters are moisturizers similar to lotion except they are made without water, and instead are made by whipping Plant Butters and Plant derived oils together. Body Butters help to lock in moisture, lubricate and nourish the skin.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A:Yes, However shipping to the following Countries have been restricted due to COVID-19

Q: Your products worked for my friend. Will they work for me?

A: Everyone's skin is different. Thus, results will vary between individuals. Skincare is not one-size fits all. While a specific product may be working for someone else, it may not work for you.

 

Q: My skin isn't loving a product what should i do?

A: Uh-OH! We're sorry to hear that one of our products wasn't a perfect match for your skin. We always suggest when using a new product to do a small patch test to gauge whether your skin will have an adverse reaction. Should a reaction occur immediately discontinue use.

 

Q: My package was marked delivered, however, I did not receive it. What now?

A: Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. After verifying please send an email to sugahmama.co@gmail.com - We need to be notified within 24 hours of missed delivery to assist you.
